One journalist was forcefully removed by private security and told he could not return to the park for three months. At this eviction, the City prohibited journalists from entering the cage to witness its violence, in direct violation of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms Section 2b. The eviction followed the Citys now standard playbook: bringing in bus loads of highly armed riot police, street and horse cops, contract security, paddy wagons and drones in the early hours of the morning enclosing residents and supporters in a cage of fences with this highly aggressive and militarized force and violently dragging residents and supporters out of the cage by their arms and legs without any concern for their emotional, physical or mental states or abilities. If you’re like me and don’t want to deal with the hassles and limitations of a free password manager, a low-cost premium password manager like Dashlane is always the better choice. Personally, I would never leave my sensitive data on a free password manager. Many of the best password managers offer free versions, but most hit you with heaps of paywalls, rendering them basically useless. The unfortunate truth is that if you’re looking for the best features, the strongest security protections, and the most helpful customer support, you’ll have to spend a little bit of cash. And built-in password managers from Apple and Chrome might be convenient, but they don’t have high levels of security and they don’t offer multi-platform support. I tested every free password manager on the market and found only a few that are actually decent. A lot of free password managers are really bad - some of them are super buggy, some of them are ineffective, and some of them are actually just spyware designed to steal all of your passwords.

You must therefore choose the right one for your mission. In addition, the ancient dragons are absolutely immune to traps and therefore cannot be captured. Compared to other single stage methods, SSD has much better accuracy even with a smaller input image size. For \(300 \times 300\) input, SSD achieves 74.3 % mAP on VOC2007 test at 59 FPS on a Nvidia Titan X and for \(512 \times 512\) input, SSD achieves 76.9 % mAP, outperforming a comparable state of the art Faster R-CNN model. Experimental results on the PASCAL VOC, COCO, and ILSVRC datasets confirm that SSD has competitive accuracy to methods that utilize an additional object proposal step and is much faster, while providing a unified framework for both training and inference. This makes SSD easy to train and straightforward to integrate into systems that require a detection component. SSD is simple relative to methods that require object proposals because it completely eliminates proposal generation and subsequent pixel or feature resampling stages and encapsulates all computation in a single network. Additionally, the network combines predictions from multiple feature maps with different resolutions to naturally handle objects of various sizes. At prediction time, the network generates scores for the presence of each object category in each default box and produces adjustments to the box to better match the object shape. Our approach, named SSD, discretizes the output space of bounding boxes into a set of default boxes over different aspect ratios and scales per feature map location. We present a method for detecting objects in images using a single deep neural network. Especially, for small objects, DDSSD achieves 10.5% on MS COCO and 22.8% on FLIR thermal dataset, outperforming a lot of state-of-the-art object detection algorithms in both aspects of accuracy and speed. Our network achieves 79.7% mAP on PASCAL VOC2007 test and 28.3% mmAP on MS COCO test-dev at 41 FPS with only 300 × 300 input using a single Nvidia 1080 GPU. In the feature fusion module, dilation convolution module is utilized to enlarge the receptive field of features from shallow layer and deconvolution module is adopted to increase the size of feature maps from high layer. In this paper, we proposed DDSSD (Dilation and Deconvolution Single Shot Multibox Detector), an enhanced SSD with a novel feature fusion module which can improve the performance over SSD for small object detection. However, the features from shallow layer (mainly Conv4_3) of SSD lack semantic information, resulting in poor performance in small objects. SSD (Single Shot Multibox Detector) is one of the most successful object detectors for its high accuracy and fast speed. |
